We will ensure that appropriately skilled and experienced employees are selected according to our project and position requirements.
All employment candidates shall successfully pass all stages of our employment process prior to being considered for an offer of employment being made.
Application Process
All applications can be made online for the listed vacant position, including completion of our Application of Employment. (Please do not post, fax or apply by phone).
You will receive electronic confirmation from us that your application has been received.

Interview Process
Your online application will be considered with all other applications for the applied position.
Should you be short listed for the position, you will be contacted by our office to attend a face-to-face interview (we will advise you of the interview's time, location and what you will be required to bring with you).
During the interview we will want to learn more about you. You will be asked to give examples that demonstrate your knowledge, skills and experiences as appropriate for the position you have applied. You will be given the chance to ask us questions about the applied position and our company.
Further Testing
At Interview
During the interview process, you may be required to complete the following further tests, as applicable for the applied position:
- Values Survey
- Pre-employment Health Questionnaire
- Competency Tests
- Leadership Survey (if applicable for the position)
- Verification of your noted qualifications, licences and eligibility to work in Australia
After Interview
To complete our assessment of your application, you will be required to complete:
- Pre-employment Medical and Drug/Alcohol Test
- Reference Checks (minimum of three must be provided)
Offer of Employment
If successful, you will be verbally offered the position and learn more about the position's terms and conditions and salary package. If you accept the offer, we will send you a formal letter of appointment for you to sign and return.
